Barre Sculpt

Date: Every Monday

Time: 9:30 AM – 10:15 AM

Location:  Fitness Center

This 45 minute barre class is packed with tiny repetitive movements that are designed to strengthen the accessory muscles to support the larger muscles. Combined with stretching of yoga, you’ll lengthen for lean and toned muscles- never bulking. We hav a fun group – often chatting and always welcoming! Gear provided. This class is done barefoot.

Vinyasa Yoga

Date: Every Thursday

Time: 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM

Location:  Fitness Center

Vinyasa Yoga is where movement matches breath in a flowing sequence of yoga asanas, or poses. This is an all-levels class with options to modify and variations offered for the more advanced yogi. Mats and props are provided.

Fine Tune – Mobility & Strength Training

Date: Every Friday

Time: 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM

Location:  Fitness Center

We are taking the best of mobility, stability and stretching for this total body workout. Dress comfortably and prepare to roll around on the ground and activate full-range of motion in the joints for the first half of the class. The second half of the class is focused on strength training with machines and free weights.  16+ All-levels and abilities welcome.

Restore – Restorative Yoga & Sound

Date: Every Saturday

Time: 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM

Location:  Fitness Center

Saturday yoga is a restorative & sound healing yoga practice in the fitness room. Dress ultra comfortably with warm socks. All props are provided for this “naptime” yoga experienced designed to support and restore the body/mind/spirit with added benefit of sound healing using bowls, gongs, chimes, tuning forks and more.

Bonus Sundays – Strength Training
