Frost Creek ranks as 6th best Private Course in the state by GolfWeek!

08 Aug Frost Creek ranks as 6th best Private Course in the state by GolfWeek!

You and I have always known we are enjoying one of the best courses in Colorado!  This past week  GolfWeek’s Best 2020 edition came out providing national validation of what we already knew.  Frost Creek was ranked as the 6th best private course in the state and the 190th best modern (post 1960) course in the country.  We are blessed with a spectacular natural setting to showcase the great design by Tom Weiskopf.  The finishing touches are provided daily by Derrick Dreyer and his course maintenance team to continually provide premier playing conditions.

Ben and I have made a concerted effort to get “raters” from Golf Week to come play the course over the past few years and we look forward to continuing to climb in one or both of the rankings as we accumulate more reviews.  Each course in the private or top 200 rankings needs at least 25 reviews within the past 10 years.   We are just reaching those numbers and are excited to see what the future holds.

Both of these honors are well deserved and we’re proud of the company we’re keeping.
